Job Description:

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the preparation of a proposal for an EU-funded project in SEA Lot 6: Education Sector Public Expenditure Review (PER) in Greenland. We are seeking non-key experts to support the core team during this project. The overall objective of the Education PER is to provide evidence-based recommendations for:

  • Better fiscal management
  • Efficient and effective use of public expenditures to support Greenland’s education sector
  • Improved service delivery

Data Analyst / Statistician (Category II) responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends in public spending and financial performance
  • Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity across sources
  • Developing data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations for diverse audiences
  • Contributing to data collection strategy design and implementation
  • Preparing analytical reports, briefs, and data summaries for stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Proficiency in English (C1)
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably in public finance or development sectors
  • Advanced skills in statistical software and visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, STATA, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience handling large datasets and applying advanced statistical techniques
  • Strong knowledge of public sector data, fiscal indicators, or development finance (a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with government, development agencies, or international institutions (preferred)
  • Familiarity with open data standards, GIS, or machine learning tools (a plus)
