Qualifications

• Expérience de 3+ ans en analyse de données, de préférence en fintech.
• Bonne maîtrise de Python pour l'analyse de données (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Connaissances sur les bases de données relationnelles et les pipelines de données.

Responsabilités

• Collaborer avec diverses équipes pour tirer parti des données et soutenir la prise de décisions stratégiques.
• Créer et maintenir des tableaux de bord BI et des rapports.
• Développer des modèles de prévision statistique avec l'équipe Finance.

What you'll do

As we scale our operations, we're looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decision making across the organization.

Role overview

• You’ll work closely with teams across the company to leverage our data, generate insights, and support strategic decisions.
• You’ll take ownership of various topics, from designing, building, and maintaining BI dashboards and reports to experimenting with statistical models. No silos!
• You’ll learn about fintech, including credit risk, fraud, and traceability, as we are not just a SaaS provider but also lend our own money.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to create statistical repayment forecast models.
• Work with the Ops team to improve billing computation and reporting.
• Partner with the Risk team to develop methods for handling complex fraud scenarios.
• Require 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data pipelines (e.g., dbt).
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with common methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Expertise in data visualization and insights for goal achievement.
