As we scale our operations, we're looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our growing team and help drive data-informed decision making across the organization.
Role overview
- You’ll work closely with teams across the company to leverage our data, generate insights, and help make the right strategic decisions.
- You’ll take ownership of a wide variety of topics, from designing, building & maintaining complex BI dashboards & reports, to experimenting with new statistical models. No silos!
- You’ll learn a lot about fintech - we are not just a SaaS provider: we lend our own money, which means topics such as credit risk, fraud, or traceability are critical.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to create a statistical repayment forecast model.
- Work with the Ops team to improve how we compute & report billing.
- Partner with the Risk team to find new ways to handle complex fraud scenarios.
- Require 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data transformation pipelines (e.g., dbt).
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with common statistical methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Expertise in data visualization and using data insights to make recommendations and achieve goals.
