Job description

We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy Doha, Qatar for a:

Maintenance Method Data Analyst

  • Live and encourage an incident-free environment and mindset, promoting incident-free values within the team and beyond.
  • Provide support to the execution team (BaseOps, CPN/SD & FM) in backlog management.
  • Update and develop maintenance processes.
  • Suggest organization changes (BaseOps, campaign, or master data change such as periodicity, preventive tasks) to improve maintenance backlog.
  • Follow up with execution teams on BaseOps Opportunities Outage and ensure priorities are well addressed.
  • Review planning achievements against plan and efficiency against available manpower, proposing improvements.
  • Analyze KPIs issued from the Maintenance Management System.
  • Regularly review and provide input into Preventative Maintenance Strategies to improve quality and optimize delivery.
  • Ensure that the Maintenance and Inspection team has full visibility of all available workload and achieved execution.
  • Ensure weekly Maintenance and Inspection meetings regarding KPIs are updated and analyzed as required.
  • Support follow-up and reporting on the SECE dashboard.

Profile

Ideally, you will have graduated with a minimum of Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND, or equivalent).

Relevant work experience: Minimum of 10 years, with at least 5 years offshore level experience on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.

You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, a good level of computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
