The Position

We are looking for an apprentice willing to join us for a one or two-year apprenticeship. In a context of expansion and new product launches, you will help generate strategic recommendations for middle and top management. Your main responsibilities will include :

• Generating clear, concise, and relevant business reports for Commercial and Marketing departments through monitoring field activities, product sales, customer segmentation, patient dynamics, and promotional investments.
• Supporting the construction of our annual strategic plans and monitoring the achievement of commercial objectives.
• Contributing to the development, implementation, and updating of reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Leading and/or contributing to commercial projects such as product launch preparation, AI tool implementation, HCP qualification, or commercial organization setup.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role:

• You are seeking a 1 to 2-year apprenticeship, starting in September or October 2025, as part of a Bac 5/6 degree at a university, business, or engineering school.
• You ideally have some experience in the pharmaceutical industry in commercial, marketing, consulting, or business analytics roles.
• You have good command of PowerPoint and Excel.
• You possess an English level that allows you to understand and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Autonomous, curious, and rigorous, with strong analytical skills. You make decisions based on data and can share relevant recommendations.

About the Department

You will join a team of four: two working on Commercial Excellence, one on CRM, and one as support for CRM. This position belongs to the Customer Engagement and Business Excellence (CUBE) department and will work directly with sales management and key local stakeholders across therapeutic areas. You will also support the business team (Sales, Marketing, Field, Market Access) in identifying improvement and growth opportunities.
