You will collaborate with Regulatory Reporting Managers and cross‑functional teams, translate requirements into efficient ETL solutions, develop dashboards, and monitor data quality with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with SQL and complex data systems.

Data Analysts and Scientists work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward.

We're looking for a Data Analyst to support regulatory reporting. You'll work with complex data structures, adapting them to strict specifications, and ensure solutions are efficient and reliable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Finance team with financial planning, treasury operations, financial strategy, and regulatory reporting
• Building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting
• Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality
• Translating complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutions
• Understanding our business and its processes through our data
• Monitoring and improving data reliability, applying high attention to detail
• Designing key metrics to measure different aspects of the business
• Creating and maintaining new aggregated views and tables to simplify data querying
• Maintaining and creating dashboards to track metrics and visualise insights
• Collaborating closely with Regulatory Reporting Managers to understand reporting logic and operational processes

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years experience with SQL, and a solid understanding of complex data systems
• Experience in an analytical role, creating impactful solutions
• Great collaboration skills to partner with Regulatory Reporting Managers and cross‑functional teams
• A background or education in a quantitative discipline
• To be detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and able to deliver under time constraints
• Proficiency with Python or other programming languages
• The ability to adjust data to strict regulatory specifications
• Solid mathematical and statistics knowledge
• A proactive mindset with sense of urgency

Nice to Have

• Experience in finance, banking, and/or accounting
• An advanced degree in a core STEM subject
• Proficiency with additional programming languages, such as Java, Scala, or C++
• To have participated in school/university Olympiad competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programming
