In the Global Operations (COO) function, the Workforce Management department is your domain. Here, you'll oversee the reporting and steering of Workforce Management metrics to ensure operations volumes are managed effectively and service levels and performance KPIs are met. This involves translating demand forecasting into comprehensive reports and steering strategies that optimize staffing plans and real-time operations across Business Units and Lines of Business.

As a Reports & Data Analyst within the Global Operations (COO) function, you'll play a crucial role in both generating reports and analyzing Workforce Management metrics. Your work supports the reporting and steering efforts across Business Units and Lines of Business, ensuring that data-driven insights inform strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

What will you do
  • Generating and maintaining regular reports that provide visibility into Workforce Management metrics and performance indicators.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Developing dashboards and visualizations to present data findings in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize staffing plans and operational efficiency.
  • Documenting data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  • Assisting in ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from executive and senior management and other stakeholders.
What will you bring

This role demands strong analytical skills and a passion for data and reporting. You need to be detail-oriented and capable of translating numbers into actionable insights.

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in handling databases and process systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Preferably, programming skills in Python for data processing and analysis.
