Investment Analyst- Private Equity

Our client, an established and international private equity investment firm, is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in Paris. Renowned for its innovative and dynamic approach, the firm operates across the full spectrum of private equity, including secondary transactions, co-investments, and primary commitments. With a strong presence in global markets, the team offers deep exposure to diverse sectors, geographies, and private equity strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of investment opportunities, including portfolio companies and private equity managers.
• Assist in conducting due diligence and developing financial models to assess viability.
• Prepare sections of investment memorandums and contribute to presentations for the Investment Committee.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor portfolio performance and support investor reporting.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top Business or Engineering school).
• Prior experience in corporate finance (internships or full-time roles in investment banking or private equity).
• Solid financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
