Le candidat idéal possèdera une solide expérience en analyse de données et sera en charge de concevoir des tableaux de bord, analyser les données et optimiser les flux de données. Qualifications

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste de données IT.
  • Connaissances requises en MongoDB, SQL et Python.
  • Connaissance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou de l'industrie est un plus.

We’re a small and agile team, part of the Product team and working transversally across product, sales and delivery operations. Our mission is to build a sustainable, high-quality data stack that powers both our product and our clients’ decisions.

We are responsible for the continuous evolution of our robust and future-proof data stack

We support clients daily with reporting, analysis, and data-driven insights

We play a strategic role in the company, as data is at the core of our product’s value creation

We ensure data strategy, architectural decisions, functional evolution and the maintenance of our data stack are designed according to our product principles (user experience, versioning, standardization)

What will I be doing?

  • Define KPI and design dashboards to support the operational teams
  • Analyze business data to generate insights and help decision-making (Excel / Python / Dash)
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines (ETL) with a strong focus on data structure, modeling, and output relevance
  • Query and manipulate databases (MongoDB, PostgresSQL)

What do I need from you?

This job is made for you if you have a Bac +5 degree from a generalist or technical engineering school or equivalent, and bring the following qualities

  • 3 / 5+ years of experience in IT Data analyst.

Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Comfortable with MongoDB, SQL, and Python for data processing and analysis.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Experience or knowledge in Supply Chain (SCOR DS), Retail, or Industry is a plus.

Interest in both data engineering (pipelines, databases) and data analysis (reporting, KPIs, insights).

Experience in a SaaS B2B company is a plus.
