Pernod Ricard, based in central Paris, seeks a Data & AI Intern for 6 months (Jan–Jun 2027) at the Island office near Saint Lazare. You will contribute to the technical implementation of a key data science program, develop code, and maintain existing ML/optimization models in the Data & AI team.

The team builds Generative AI components for digital products and ensures reliable production practices. You will work on ML/LLM pipelines, MLOps, and AI policy alignment in an international setting.

Qualifications

• You master Python and OOP with a data science/ML grounding.
• Knowledge of ETL, API, SQL and data storage concepts is required.
• Exposure to DL frameworks or LLM tooling is a strong plus.
• Attention to model outputs and ability to explain limitations.

Responsabilités

• Develop algorithmic building blocks from ML/optimization to Generative AI components.
• Maintain and retrain models, monitor data drift, performance, latency and cost in production.
• Evangelize data science and AI concepts to deployment managers.
• Design and run evaluations of AI systems, measuring quality and robustness.
• Contribute to responsible AI: data prompts traceability and documentation.
