Egis Group is seeking an Data & AI Community & Adoption Intern (M/F) in Paris. The role focuses on communications, marketing, events and storytelling to promote Data & AI initiatives across the organization.

You will work with experts in Data, AI, Change Management and Digital Transformation, delivering engaging experiences in both French and English. The intern will design communication and adoption activities, coordinate events, and help translate complex AI topics into compelling narratives

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree and seeking a 6-month internship starting January 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• Experience with digital collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver communication, community and adoption initiatives for Data & AI audiences.
• Develop plans to promote Data & AI initiatives, services, stories and learning opportunities.
• Create content across channels: articles, newsletters, presentations, videos, infographics, Teams posts, SharePoint pages, internal campaigns.
• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
• Animate and grow Data & AI communities within Microsoft Teams.
• Identify and promote success stories and best practices across the organization.
• Translate complex Data & AI topics into accessible stories for diverse audiences.

You will work closely with experts in Data, AI, Change Management and Digital Transformation, as well as colleagues in Communications, Marketing, HR, Digital and Innovation.

As part of the Data & AI Office, you will help design and deliver communication, community and adoption initiatives for audiences across Egis. Your goal: make complex topics accessible, useful and engaging in both French and English.

Communications & marketing

• Contribute to the design and execution of the Data & AI Office communication and marketing strategy.
• Develop communication plans to promote Data & AI initiatives, services, success stories, and learning opportunities.
• Create engaging content across multiple channels, including articles, newsletters, presentations, videos, infographics, Teams posts, SharePoint pages, and internal campaigns.
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
• Animate and grow several Data & AI communities within Microsoft Teams.
• Foster engagement through campaigns, surveys, challenges, events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Identify and promote success stories, best practices, and innovative use cases from across the organization.
• Help build a vibrant Data & AI culture.

Events & experiences

• Propose, organize, and coordinate internal and external events related to Data & AI.
• Support webinars, workshops, conferences, innovation showcases, community events, and learning sessions.
• Coordinate speakers, stakeholders, logistics, communications, and event materials.
• Contribute to event facilitation and participant engagement.

Trend monitoring & storytelling

• Maintain an active watch on trends related to Data, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Digital Transformation, and emerging technologies.
• Recommend innovative communication formats and engagement initiatives.
• Help translate complex Data & AI topics into compelling and accessible stories for diverse audiences.

The profile we are looking for

Education

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Business School, Marketing, Communications, Digital, Innovation, Data, AI, or related fields) and you are looking for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.

What you bring

• Fluent in both French and English (mandatory).

• Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
• Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Strong interest in Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation.

Great if you also have

• Experience in community management or digital engagement.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Forms, Copilot, etc.).
• Basic understanding of Data Analytics, AI, or emerging technologies.
• Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese.
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools, etc.).
