Job summary

Egis in Île-de-France is offering a 6-month internship in the Corporate Internal Audit Department. You will contribute to the digital transformation and continuous improvement of the Internal Audit function by formalizing methodologies, developing training materials, and maintaining a knowledge repository on SharePoint.

You will build and enhance Power BI dashboards for Audit Committee reporting, analyze audit data for trends and risks, and assist in governance presentations.

Qualifications

• Master’s level student from an Engineering School, Business School, or University.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Strong interest in data, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Interest in internal audit, internal control, governance, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Formalize audit methodologies and best practices.
• Design training materials covering the full audit lifecycle: planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up of recommendations.
• Structure and maintain a knowledge repository and SharePoint workspace dedicated to auditors.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and visualizations used for reporting to the Audit Committee and Executive Management.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of audit engagements, findings, recommendations, and implementation status.
• Identify trends, recurring risks, and improvement opportunities from audit data.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for governance bodies.
• Assist in the logistical organization of audit assignments.
• Follow up on document requests and coordinate communications with audited entities.
• Ensure compliance with document retention, archiving, and data protection requirements.
• Administer and analyze satisfaction surveys completed by auditees.
• Prepare related dashboards and management reports.
• Coordinate the implementation of the escalation process defined by the Audit Department.
• In cooperation with Senior Auditors, develop a library of prompts and AI use cases tailored to internal audit activities.
• Test and document solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of audit work.
• Support the deployment of AI best practices across the Internal Audit function

6-Month Internship – Corporate Internal Audit (M/F)

Audit Academy Development

• Formalize audit methodologies and best practices.
