Job summary

Egis, a global architecting, consulting and engineering group, invites a Master’s student to a 6-month internship in Paris. You will help shape Data & AI Office communications and marketing, crafting stories and campaigns that engage diverse audiences across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering communication and marketing initiatives for the Data & AI Office.
• Create engaging content across channels, including articles, newsletters, presentations, videos, infographics, and intranet pages.
• Coordinate internal and external events, webinars, and community activities.
• Monitor Data, AI, Digital Transformation trends and translate complex topics into accessible stories.

Job Description

As part of the Data & AI Office, you will help design and deliver communication, community and adoption initiatives for audiences across Egis. Your goal: make complex topics accessible, useful and engaging in both French and English.

Communications & marketing

• Contribute to the design and execution of the Data & AI Office communication and marketing strategy.
• Develop communication plans to promote Data & AI initiatives, services, success stories, and learning opportunities.
• Create engaging content across multiple channels, including articles, newsletters, presentations, videos, infographics, Teams posts, SharePoint pages, and internal campaigns.
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend continuous improvements.

Community engagement

• Animate and grow several Data & AI communities within Microsoft Teams.
• Foster engagement through campaigns, surveys, challenges, events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Identify and promote success stories, best practices, and innovative use cases from across the organization.
• Help build a vibrant Data & AI culture.

Events & experiences

• Propose, organize, and coordinate internal and external events related to Data & AI.
• Support webinars, workshops, conferences, innovation showcases, community events, and learning sessions.
• Coordinate speakers, stakeholders, logistics, communications, and event materials.
• Contribute to event facilitation and participant engagement.

Trend monitoring & storytelling

• Maintain an active watch on trends related to Data, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Digital Transformation, and emerging technologies.
• Recommend innovative communication formats and engagement initiatives.
• Help translate complex Data & AI topics into compelling and accessible stories for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

The profile we are looking for

Education

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Business School, Marketing, Communications, Digital, Innovation, Data, AI, or related fields) and you are looking for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.

What you bring

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in marketing, communications, and storytelling.
• Fluent in both French and English (mandatory).
• Comfortable working with digital collaboration tools and social platforms.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
• Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Strong interest in Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation.

Great if you also have

• Experience in community management or digital engagement.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Forms, Copilot, etc.).
• Basic understanding of Data Analytics, AI, or emerging technologies.
• Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese.
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools, etc.).
