D365 BC/ERP Business Development Manager – €60k €25k OTE

Pearson Carter is currently working with one of the leading Microsoft Gold Partners based in France. To support their growth, they are looking to strengthen their sales organization by recruiting an International Business Developer in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.

They offer an excellent salary of up to €60K with €25k OTE, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new opportunities in the competitive International Enterprise Business Applications market.
• Develop sales pipelines and business plans, including preparing offers, proposals, and quotations. Foster and maintain business relationships.
• Identify opportunities for new projects through in-depth market knowledge and active networking to build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
• Assist clients throughout the contractual process and oversee service delivery.

Experience

• Proven experience in selling ERP solutions to national or international clients.
• Specific experience selling D365 BC is preferred.
• Passionate about digital transformation of SMEs, with demonstrated ability to interact with high-level contacts (Functional, IT, and other departments) and understand company needs to support expansion.

Salary

They offer an excellent salary package of up to €60K with €25k OTE, along with 25 days holiday and home-based working options.

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central clients have 13 offices across France. Please note, sponsorship is NOT being offered.
