What a day in the life of the Infrastructure team looks like:

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group CTO and functionally to the Group CISO, the “Group Cybersecurity & Service Delivery Lead” manages a team responsible for improving the security and the service quality of L'Oréal's global tech infrastructure. This includes leading cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring efficient IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and leading advanced monitoring for proactive operational intelligence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cybersecurity Leadership: Collaborating with the security team to identify and define the necessary security risks, the functional requirements, then the relevant solutions and measures with the infrastructure domains, considering potential threats and vulnerabilities. Leading IT Disaster Recovery management, driving security project implementation, coordinating vulnerability remediation, and ensuring compliance with security policies and standards. This involves leading the Infrastructure Security Committee and overseeing the infrastructure teams action plans and progress.
  • ITSM Leadership: Implementing, improving, and harmonizing ITSM processes across the infrastructure, including developing KPIs, conducting service-level reporting, and managing Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Crisis management governance and operation. This role involves strong collaboration with SDM community, for ITSM process adoption and continuous improvement at Group, Zones and MSP level.
  • Proactive Operational Intelligence:Leads the implementation and utilization of advanced monitoring and observability solutions to gain real-time insights, enabling proactive identification and mitigation of potential infrastructure issues.

This role focuses specifically on the Global Security and ITSM Programs, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative approach.

This senior leadership role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or significant equivalent experience in a large organization. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and ITSM, demonstrated through strong technical knowledge, leadership, and communication skills. Experience with incident response, disaster recovery, vulnerability management, and vendor/project management are essential. A strategic mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on improving security posture and service delivery are crucial. ITIL or cybersecurity certifications are preferred. Fluency in English is mandatory, and French is a plus.
