The Role

Europe Regulatory Office Mission : Responsible for the implementation, administration, and oversight of a regulatory and governance program supporting our compliance with EU DORA, NIS 2 and UK CTP Regime.

Job Summary : Senior Lead, Regulatory Support will be responsible for analyzing and managing regulatory changes, reviewing regulator recommendations and audit findings, and tracking appropriate remediation activities. Senior Lead will also be responsible for translating regulatory requirements into technical specifications or controls that can be implemented by Delivery and the Account Teams. The Senior Lead will monitor and triage IT incidents, design and maintain IT incident reporting mechanisms and processes. Providing reasoned guidance on regulatory compliance to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ICT incident classification and reporting under EU DORA, NIS 2 and UK CTP Regime.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Regulatory Analysis and Management : Analyze and manage regulatory changes, including appropriate tracking / remediation, to ensure compliance with current regulation and guidance.
  • Exam Recommendations and findings : Review regulators' recommendations and findings to identify areas for improvement and track necessary remediation activities. Review internal audit findings for relevant regulated customers and units, provide guidance on remediation and track issues to closure.
  • Convert regulatory requirements into technical specifications or controls that can be easily implemented and measured by the business / delivery teams.
  • Monitor and track ICT incidents ensuring timely and effective response and prepare potential regulatory filings.
  • Design and maintain ICT incident reporting mechanisms and processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting and classification.
  • Ensure adherence to ICT incident classification and reporting standards under applicable regulations.
  • Prepare and participate in regulator examinations.

Who You Are

Qualifications / Skills :

  • 7+ years experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Dodd-Frank, AML, GDPR).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Certifications / experience :

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
