Cybersecurity Operations Engineer within Asia Pacific IT Team

As part of Dassault Systèmes' global Cybersecurity team, your mission is to support and improve corporate cybersecurity activities such as forensic analyses, penetration tests, vulnerability studies, etc.

The Asia Pacific IT team is responsible for enabling Dassault Systèmes' businesses across APAC with innovative IT solutions and world-class infrastructure. They manage production infrastructure spread across three large data centers in Singapore, Japan, and Pune. You will be part of this world-class team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in cybersecurity operations and audits, including forensic analysis, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
• Work within the IT organization as part of the corporate cybersecurity team, currently consisting of 10 engineers.
• Define, implement, and operate cybersecurity activities within the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem on a global scale.
• Operate in an international environment leveraging cutting-edge technologies to detect threats and manage responses.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of work processes and methodologies related to security environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Engineering degree in computer science, electronics, or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of security, forensic analysis, operating systems, penetration testing, threat management (SIEM), IoC research (KAPE), and incident response.
• Proficiency in English for international team communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, autonomy, and rigor.
• Leadership qualities.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 10, Windows Server, Linux.
• Knowledge of security hardening, forensic tools (KAPE, WOLF), SIEM, threat detection, IoC research, and forensic incident response processes.
• Awareness of security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, SANS/GIAC are advantageous.
