Position

In team.blue we have a growing portfolio of successful and growing SaaS companies. We are looking for a Security expert to assist these companies in implementing team.blue security standards and security tooling.

Your objectives are :
  1. Helping team.blue SaaS companies mature their security posture
  2. Develop guidance, template policies and improve onboarding processes in security tooling
  3. Work with our portfolio of SaaS companies on :
  • Adopting team.blue standards and policies
  • Helping implement security tooling such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, EDR, awareness training, etc.
  • Advising the companies on remediating findings from due diligence conducted in a pragmatic way
  • Assisting targets in developing testing, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans
  • Helping build their risk register
  • Consulting on security questions and issues
  • Collaborate with the Group Security team to build templates, policies, procedures, and guides to help less mature companies mature their information security systems and improve continuously the 'team.blue Information Security' framework.
  • Location and Requirements

    The position can be based anywhere within the EU as fully remote or hybrid working from one of our offices.

    We are looking for candidates with a solid background in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and/or technical security.

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in information security, potentially from other tech functions.
    • Proficiency in English, verbal and written.
    • Strong communication skills to articulate risks to technical teams and senior stakeholders like founders.
    • Broad knowledge of cybersecurity tooling, controls, and standards such as ISO 27001, CIS.
    • Knowledge of GDPR relevant technical security measures.

    It is a plus if you:

    • Have knowledge of CIS, NIS, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and similar regulations and standards.
    • Possess CRISC or similar certifications.
    • Can communicate in several European languages.
    Working Environment
    • You will be part of a team of security experts within a larger Group Security team of 12 members.
    • Work closely with the PMI (Post Merger & Integration) team.
    • Options for working from offices, fully remote, or hybrid setup.
    • Travel is minimal, mainly for occasional team or company events.
