A leading cyber security specialist in Europe is seeking an OT (Industrial) Cyber Security professional for a hybrid position in Paris. The role involves risk analysis and supporting clients in securing their information systems. A Master’s degree is required alongside fluency in French and English. Position: OT (Industrial) Cyber Security
Location: Work: Hybrid – 2 days a week in office – Client dependent

Our services include Managed Security, Cyber Security Testing, Incident Response, Security Integration, PCI Compliance, and Cyber Risk & Assurance services.
We assist clients in securing their information systems by defining target objectives, developing action plans, implementing organizational or technical actions, and monitoring these plans. We assess cybersecurity posture against norms and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIS 2, IEC 62443, and the Cyber Resilience Act. We support CISOs in defining cybersecurity processes, drafting policies, conducting awareness sessions, organizing cyber crisis exercises, and fostering cyber communities.
Our clients are diverse, ranging from large enterprises to SMEs across private and public sectors, including industry, energy, luxury, maritime, transportation, and institutions, both in France and worldwide.
Familiarity with industrial/OT environments (SCADA, ICS…) is a plus, but if not, we offer training. You should be proficient in risk analysis methodologies (ISO 27005, EBIOS RM), possess good writing and spelling skills, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office. Fluency in French and English is required for understanding conversations, leading meetings, and writing reports.
A Master’s degree or equivalent is required. To support your growth, Integrity360 will assign a reference manager for coaching, internal training, and annual external training, potentially leading to certification.
