Role Overview

Reporting to the head of Group Security GRC, our Cloud Security Expert will assist the company in its Cloud transformation, focusing on infrastructure through a strategic partnership with Google and operational aspects via DevSecOps. The successful candidate will analyze cybersecurity impacts and adapt processes accordingly.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Support the implementation of the Group Security strategy on public cloud
2. Lead cloud security projects and improve security processes, assurance, and compliance, especially for Cloud & DevSecOps transformation
3. Perform security risk assessments and monitor the implementation of security recommendations to ensure operational readiness, acting as a trusted security advisor
4. Supervise, advise, and update security processes/procedures (access management, vulnerability management, security monitoring & logging, penetration testing, patch management, anti-virus, security hardening, key & certificate management), particularly on Cloud implementations
5. Promote Cloud Security awareness and training

Who Are We Looking For

We seek innovative thinkers with a passion for driving positive change, a proactive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow. Specifically:

Must have:

• Experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevSecOps, Cloud Data Security, Cloud Application Security, and Cloud Security Operations
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
• Technical background with a solid understanding of security concepts and practical application
• Experience applying and improving corporate policies in line with security standards, regulations, and methodologies in the financial industry (e.g., ISO 27k, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, ECB CROE)
• Proactive in enhancing security processes and implementing best practices, raising security awareness
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, adaptable to changing priorities and environments

Nice to have:

• Cloud infrastructure certifications: CCSP or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
• Secure Coding certifications like CSSLP
