emagine is seeking a senior Cyber Operations leader to drive large-scale cybersecurity transitions across OT, Endpoint, Cloud Security, and Security Operations with a global team. You will oversee transitions, governance, and operating models, while shaping roadmaps for people, process, and technology.

The role includes leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and delivering strategic initiatives such as Zero Trust and CNAPP platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, IT ops, or security service management.
• 5+ years leading cybersecurity programs, services, or operational teams.
• English required; French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the Cyber Operations portfolio across OT, Endpoint, Cloud Security, and SOC.
• Lead end-to-end transition roadmaps covering people, process, technology, and governance.
• Manage and coach a team of Product Owners with portfolio prioritisation and budgeting.
• Establish governance structures, KPIs, service reviews, and executive reporting.

Are you a senior Cyber Operations leader with a track record of driving large-scale cybersecurity transitions and transformations? emagine has an opportunity for you to lead the transition, governance, and operational transformation of cybersecurity services across OT, Endpoint, Cloud Security, and Security Operations with a global team.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or security service management, including 5+ years managing cybersecurity programs, services, or operational teams
• Proven experience leading large-scale service transitions and operating model transformations, including moves from managed service providers to internal or global capability centre teams
• Strong technical grounding across OT/Industrial Cybersecurity, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, GCP, CNAPP, CSPM), SOC, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, IAM, and SIEM/Security Analytics
• Experience managing cross-functional, product-based teams and working with global organisations and outsourced service models
• Professional fluency in English required - French Nice to have.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ITIL, SABSA, or Microsoft Security certifications are a plus

Tasks & Deliverables

• Own the Cyber Operations portfolio across OT Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, and Security Operations, defining and maintaining the operating model
• Lead end-to-end transition roadmaps covering people, process, technology, and governance workstreams, including knowledge transfer and operational readiness
• Manage and coach a team of Product Owners, overseeing portfolio prioritisation, roadmap governance, budget, and delivery
• Establish governance structures, KPIs, service reviews, and executive reporting, and act as trusted advisor to cybersecurity and business leadership
• Manage vendor and MSSP relationships, driving performance against contractual obligations and service improvement programs
• Support execution of strategic initiatives including Zero Trust, SOC Transformation, CNAPP/CSPM platforms, and Security Automation
