The Role: Medallia CX Advisors (CXA) partner with clients and internal teams to enhance Customer Experience programs. We seek a CXA with experience in implementing and leading global CX programs, preferably in the automotive industry. The CXA provides thought leadership, training, mentorship, and shares expertise through articles, webinars, conferences, etc. This role is an individual contributor.
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients during the implementation, launch, and management of CX programs, leveraging your expertise.
- Develop CX programs using Medallia and industry methodologies to meet business objectives across channels.
- Execute engagements including Program Design, Assessments, Change Management, Governance, Feedback Design, Training, etc.
- Support clients through ad hoc support, meetings, workshops, and ongoing engagements.
- Interface with client stakeholders and influence them to support CX initiatives.
- Deliver recommendations based on data, experience, and industry knowledge.
- Contribute to standardizing CXA offerings and developing best practices.
- Enable internal teams to develop CX expertise.
- Support thought leadership initiatives like articles, webinars, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years of CX experience with increasing responsibility.
- CCXP certification or ability to obtain within 3-6 months.
- Expertise in CX functions such as Program Design, Engagement, Communication, Training, Customer Journey Mapping, Reporting, Change Management.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Preferred: Ability to facilitate client engagements, workshops, manage ambiguity, and familiarity with CX platforms like Medallia. Additional European languages are a plus.
