Join Regate by Qonto as a Training Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and training accounting firms, ensuring users master our product quickly and effectively. You will help shape and improve our training programs within a growing team of three specialists led by the Training Team Lead.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Delivering 15 high-quality training sessions per week (60-90 minutes each) focused on accountants.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive training documentation tailored to different user needs.
  • Designing scalable training processes to support our expanding customer base.
  • Staying updated with product features and incorporating them into training materials.
  • Collaborating with the CSM and Product teams to gather feedback and improve training and product experience.

  • Joining a growing team within our Customer Success department, with opportunities to influence training programs.
  • Implementing hands-on training methodologies that combine theory and practical exercises.
  • Making a direct impact on customer adoption and success.
  • Working closely with Customer Success Managers, Support teams, and various internal departments.
