Join our team as a Customer Technology Advisor. You will work with our Go-To-Market team, leveraging your technical expertise to drive opportunities and exceed customer expectations. You will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, collaborating with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. Your technical knowledge and certifications will establish you as an authority in your field, enabling you to develop solutions that bring value to our customers.


You will support pre-sales processes, coordinate responses, and build relationships with external partners to co-create solutions. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of technology solutions and making a meaningful impact on our customers and company.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Deep knowledge of services offerings and technical solutions in a practice
  • Experience translating technical knowledge into customer solutions
  • Consultative selling experience
  • Technical certifications in areas like Application Data and AI, Cloud, Core Enterprise, Digital Workplace, Network and Edge, Security and Resiliency


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years selling technical services to multi-industry customers
