cbtalents-37 is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist French-speaking customers from Greece. This fully remote role requires excellent communication in French (C1–C2) and English (B2+), with no visa sponsorship provided.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and strive to ensure a high-quality customer experience across products and services. A relocation package and 14-salary structure support a smooth transition to Greece.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required (customer service experience is a plus)
• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
