You will play a key role in making sure every customer interaction is smooth, professional, and full of care, while supporting our e-commerce operations and brand growth.
Customer Support (WhatsApp, E-commerce Chat, Social Media DMs):
Respond to customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and warmth.
Handle order tracking, complaints, refunds, and general assistance.
Offer personalized support and product recommendations to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
E-commerce and Admin Support:
Manage daily order processing across Shopee, Tokopedia, and official website.
Set up promotions, campaigns, and vouchers on e-commerce platforms.
Register and update product listings accurately and consistently.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth delivery.
Customer Database Management:
Organize and update customer information using Excel and internal CRM systems.
Segment customers by region, behavior, and purchasing patterns.
Support customer engagement campaigns (WhatsApp broadcasts, loyalty initiatives).
Internal Coordination:
Assist the team in preparing reports related to customer service, promotions, and sales campaigns.
Communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
Previous experience in Customer Support, Admin, or E-commerce Operations (minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
Friendly, patient, and empathetic communication style.
High sense of responsibility and ownership.
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, team player, and "Giver" mindset.
Experience in the hospitality, travel, or premium service industry.
Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia seller centers, or simple CRM platforms.
Comfortable handling basic marketing tasks like uploading promotions or sending broadcast messages.
Ability to communicate in basic English (for internal coordination or reporting).
