Audensiel recherche un chef de projet numérique pour prendre en charge des incidents eCommerce et eServices en Europe. Ce rôle nécessite des compétences en communication, une expérience solide en gestion de projets et un bon niveau d'anglais. Vous serez responsable de la coordination avec l'équipe IT, du suivi des tickets et de l'assurance qualité des projets. Si vous êtes curieux, proactif et autonome, cette opportunité pourrait être faite pour vous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets numériques.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Capacité à interagir avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.

Responsabilités

  • Responsable de la résolution d'incidents eCommerce & eServices.
  • Coordination avec l'équipe IT Europe.
  • Surveillance de la disponibilité et des performances du site.

Description du poste

A multi-specialist player in digital transformation, business consulting and technology consulting, Audensiel supports its clients in all sectors of activity in France and internationally in the following areas:
- Digital: digital transformation projects, from project management using the Agile method through AMOA and application development to acceptance/testing.
- Consulting: IT consulting within IT departments and business consulting within functional departments specifically for Banking, Insurance and the Pharmaceutical Industry in their issues of governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and transformation of financial departments ;
- Data/AI: Architecture and development of Big Data solutions with data engineer and data scientist consultants. Development of innovative artificial intelligence projects for our clients in the form of POC.
- IoT: Exploitation of data from connected objects and their processing within complex interconnected systems. Design of the entire value chain to provide the best user experience for these new services and optimize productivity gains;
- Cybersecurity: Support on the governance of our clients' cybersecurity issues. Audit and project management for data defense and security.
- Cloud/DevOps: Support at different levels of your project, strategy and governance, architecture, development or even DevOps.

Your main missions:

1. Provide corrective TMA
- Responsible for reporting and resolving eCommerce & eServices Europe incidents
- Prioritises corrections or changes with project managers.
- Coordinates advancement with IT Europe team
- Regularly communicates progress of tickets and production to project managers.
- Monitor site availability and performance.

2. Ensure scalable TMA
- Collection of needs from project managers.
- Ensure the progress and consideration of changes by the teams in charge
- Execute the acceptance and validation of the patches
- Regularly communicates progress of tickets and production to project managers.

Technical-functional ease: ease of understanding of IT interfaces and ability to read logs.

Fluent level of English.

Good relationship and good communicator.

Multitasking and autonomous, you know how to organize and adapt to the unexpected.

Curious, proactive, you are able to interact with multidisciplinary teams (business, IT, etc....)

Bac +5 level

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital project management.
