As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor to your customers, managing relationships after contract signing.

Your main objectives are:

  1. Drive usage and build significant ROI with your customers
  2. Ensure 0 churn
  3. Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio

Your responsibilities include:

  • Be an expert on our product and stay updated on supply chain, transport industries, market trends, technologies, and competitors
  • Onboard key users after the delivery team completes setup
  • Proactively define and work towards achieving our "joint success plan" and ROI with clients
  • Manage multiple accounts to ensure customer success, renewal, adoption, and health
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews and advocate for customers with product teams
  • Nurture relationships with decision-makers and champions
  • Create success stories with customers and marketing
  • Share insights with sales to highlight differentiators during deal closures
  • Coordinate with support to monitor service levels

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Approximately 6-7 years of experience in SaaS B2B enterprise solutions
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in account management or customer success roles
  • Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency, analytical, and solutions-oriented
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally
  • Knowledge of supply chain or transport is advantageous
