Qualifications

  • Experience in customer-facing roles within SMB, MidMarket, or B2C sectors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing a CRM system.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand client pain points.

Description du poste

Veesion is experiencing rapid growth following its successful Series B funding round. This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.

Customer Success Team currently consists of about 25 members, dispersed across our offices in Paris, Lisbon, and Sao Paulo.

We are managing several international markets, including the US and Brazil.

As a Customer Success Manager at Veesion, your mission will be to ensure a seamless experience with our platform from the beginning and to help our clients derive long-term value from Veesion.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and users.

Reporting to Mauricio, Team Lead, you will be part of a highly dynamic and motivated team that will support your professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client onboarding: Implement our solution with a tailored approach, collaborating with technical experts, and training users on best practices.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction: Act as the main contact for clients, listening to their needs, monitoring account metrics, and following up on action plans. Identify client champions within your portfolio.
  • Promote product adoption & support: Guide clients to maximize product usage, address specific challenges, and relay feedback to Product & Ops teams. Contribute to resource development, such as self-help guides and online help centers.
  • Identify opportunities: Recognize upsell and cross-sell potentials within existing accounts by understanding client needs and proposing additional value.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in customer-facing roles within SMB, MidMarket, or B2C sectors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing a CRM system.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand client pain points.
  • Resilient, empathetic, problem-solver, and a team player.
  • Fluent in German and French.
