Customer Success Manager (f/m/d), France

Join Varian, a Siemens Healthineers Company, in our mission to beat cancer. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our Multi-Disciplinary Oncology business unit in EMEA, primarily focusing on Germany and France.

Position Details:

  • Remote role based in Germany, France, or Switzerland

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building trusted relationships with customers in Germany and France, including clinic end users and stakeholders
  • Understanding customer needs, overseeing project timelines, and developing best practices
  • Serving as the main contact for customers, resolving challenges proactively
  • Developing and maintaining customer success plans with Account Managers
  • Analyzing success metrics, assessing risks, and reporting findings
  • Collaborating with internal teams to translate customer requirements and industry trends
  • Supporting internal teams in improving SaaS solutions and assisting during pre-sales and training
  • Driving adoption and satisfaction post go-live to ensure customer success

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Health Administration, Digital Health, Business, or related field, with at least five years of experience
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and effective communication with clinicians
  • Knowledge of oncology or radiotherapy workflows is advantageous
  • Experience with SaaS products/services is a plus
  • Proven relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex workflows and solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills in German, French, and English
  • Willingness to travel (>40%) to customer sites
