What can we do together?

You will join an international team of people based in different countries from Spain to Norway and supporting the largest account in Western Europe.

This team is part of a global services organization in HP; our mission is to sell and manage services contracts for the largest corporate customers of HP. Those services contracts include Managed Print Services (“MPS”), the full management of office printers for a corporate account, Managed Device Services (“MDS”) the full management of PCs, and Managed Collaboration Services (“MCS”) the full management of meeting rooms for a given customer.

The Customer Success Manager (“CSM”) is the primary customer interface for those managed services contracts and is responsible for helping customers obtain the optimum value of the contracted services, as well as maximizing HP share of wallet within the account.

Responsibilities:

Typically supporting 1 or 2 global accounts, your missions will be the following:

  • Maintains high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity in relationships with clients;
  • Identifying/confirming customer success criteria – update customer success plan, expansion needs and identify key influencers and decision makers;
  • Manage the customer contract on daily basis, ensuring all services activities delivered are under control;
  • Detect business upsell opportunities (for HP strategic offering). Work in collaboration with other sales function to win those opportunities;
  • Work on contract renewal. Support quarterly account review with customer stakeholders to report the major KPIs and work on improvement;
  • Accountable for P&L management, remediation, forecasting revenue, cost, growth.
  • Responsible for supporting pre-sales, drive adoption, increase utilization.
  • P&L Management, supports renewals.

Who you are?

  • Master's degree student in International Business or Finance.
  • Typically 0-2 years experience.
  • Understands market intelligence regarding competitors, products, and offerings.
  • Works as a member of a team in providing support and giving input regarding account opportunities.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to frame the value proposition for the customer.
  • Product demonstration, customer training, and product installation skills.
