About The Role

Klaxoon is seeking an energetic, passionate, customer-oriented, and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). You will manage a portfolio of customers, understanding their business strategies and guiding them towards their desired outcomes. A growth mindset is essential, as you will provide leadership and measurable recommendations to ensure customers maximize value from the Wrike platform.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  1. Build strong customer relationships and act as the Klaxoon advocate throughout their journey.
  2. Partner with customers to establish clear business goals, timelines, priorities, and success metrics, including executing success plans and EBRs.
  3. Create, execute, and manage comprehensive engagement and communication strategies to proactively ensure customer ROI and NET MRR growth.
  4. Serve as the Klaxoon SME, providing guidance and addressing challenges related to work management.
  5. Collaborate with multiple teams (Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, etc.) to build the CS brand across the organization.
  6. Monitor your book of business, work towards targets, and leverage key account metrics to identify opportunities and manage churn.
  7. Maintain and utilize our Customer Success Management platform for detailed customer actions and communication plans.

You Will Achieve Your Best If You Have

  1. Full fluency in French (verbal & written) and a good level of English (minimum B2).
  2. At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management or a customer-facing role.
  3. Experience working with Marketing, Professional Services, IT, and PMO teams.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients, including senior leadership.
  5. Knowledge and hands-on experience in project management, business process redesign, and change management.
  6. Excellent people skills: genuine, warm, positive, engaging, empathetic, tactful, and patient, especially under pressure.
