Une entreprise innovante recherche un Consultant en Réussite Client passionné par la valeur client. Dans ce rôle dynamique, vous gérerez des comptes clés, assurerez l'adoption des produits et agirez en tant qu'avocat des clients au sein de l'entreprise. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des relations avec les clients, de la résolution de problèmes opérationnels et de la conduite de revues commerciales stratégiques. Qualifications

  • 4+ ans d'expérience en gestion de clients dans un cabinet de conseil.
  • Capacité à gérer des projets complexes sous pression avec des parties prenantes exécutives.

Responsabilités

  • Développer des partenariats à long terme avec des comptes clés.
  • Surveiller les tâches opérationnelles et résoudre les problèmes rapidement.
  • Organiser des ateliers et fournir des retours sur la feuille de route du produit.

Job Description

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for delivering value to customers? Do you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy managing operational tasks, and have a background in consulting? We’re looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join our team and take ownership of key client relationships!

Why this role matters: In this pivotal position, you’ll report to the Customer Success Director and manage a portfolio of customer accounts. Your mission will be to drive business value for our customers through adoption, satisfaction, and expansion of Shippeo’s offerings.

What you'll do:

  • Own Key Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with key accounts, becoming their trusted advisor from operational teams to C-suite executives.
  • Problem-Solver: Regularly monitor the status of operational tasks, such as carrier onboarding or support tickets. Follow up on delays, identify roadblocks, and ensure issues are resolved promptly to keep processes running smoothly.
  • Lead Business Reviews: Steer strategic discussions around goals, progress, risks, and new opportunities.
  • Drive Value & Growth: Ensure high product adoption and showcase tangible ROI, while collaborating with the Sales team on expansion opportunities.
  • Voice of the Customer: Act as an internal advocate for your clients, influencing Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to meet their needs.
  • Strategize for Success: Organize workshops and provide input on product roadmap prioritization based on client feedback.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee contract renewals and key negotiations, ensuring continuous value delivery and satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in managing customers in a consulting firm.
  • A proven track record in handling executive-level stakeholders and successfully driving complex, high-pressure projects.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional proficiency in German, Dutch or Italian a plus.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take care of operational tasks, being both a doer and a problem solver.
  • Experience or knowledge in Supply Chain industry is an advantage.
  • This is a hybrid role requiring regular visits to our Paris office, ideally twice a week. We’re seeking candidates located in the area to facilitate these visits conveniently.
