A leading technology services provider in France is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide enterprise clients through onboarding and adoption of solutions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English and possess strong experience in customer success and telecom services. This role emphasizes building long-term partnerships and driving product adoption, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for personal growth.

In this strategic, customer-facing role, you’ll be the trusted advisor helping clients unlock the full value of Colt’s solutions. You’ll build long-term partnerships, drive product adoption, and ensure seamless onboarding and renewals—positioning Colt as a key enabler of their success.

What you'll do.

  • Guide enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and value realization
  • Build deep understanding of customer goals and align Colt’s solutions accordingly
  • Monitor usage data, manage renewals, and mitigate risks proactively
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product and service improvements

What we're looking for.

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise consulting
  • Strong understanding of telecom, network services, or cloud-based solutions
  • Ability to navigate complex customer environments and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
