Qualifications

• Maîtrise du français niveau C1 ou supérieur requise.

Responsabilités

• Supporter les orthodontistes sur les questions relatives au plan de traitement.
• Planifier et coordonner les processus de traduction pour garantir la livraison à temps.
• Gérer les cas assignés, y compris les suivis et les mises à jour nécessaires.

About this opportunity

This role will be responsible for designing 3D Orthodontic Treatments using Align Technology’s proprietary CAD dental design software (OrthoCAD) from digitally scanned files of patients from our customers (Orthodontists and GP Dentists). The employee can be trained to work on one or several steps of the process, from the preparation of the virtual impression, the treatment set up, the gingiva adjustment and the written or spoken contact with internal and external customers via different tools and devices. The purpose of the role is to use the acquired skills and understanding of dental criteria to perform treatment plans according to Doctor’s requisites or necessities and to establish a close relationship with internal and external customers. In this role, you will… support orthodontists or dentists on questions about the treatment plan, be trained and work on all steps of the process, from virtual impression preparation to treatment setup and gingiva adjustment, using the proprietary software and aligning with treatment protocols. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the translation process to ensure on-time delivery of the ClinCheck setup for customers. You will update and complete cases assigned by your supervisor, including follow-ups, reassignments, and cases needing special translation assistance, which may involve email follow-up. You will update and inform about incorrect or outdated customer and patient information found in databases. You will propose ideas for procedures and processes to improve service, customer satisfaction, and departmental efficiency. You will follow production requirements from supervisors in a timely manner and work on process improvements regarding quality, time, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll need …

• Degree within the dental environment (e.g., Dental Technician, Dental Hygienist) or equivalent
• 3-5 years of related experience in the dental field, preferably with CAD-CAM products such as crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, fixed bridges, dental implants, dentures, and orthodontic appliances
• Strong desire and capability to understand and work with 3D applications, e.g., modeling characters or moving 3D creations in a network environment
• Ability to read, analyze orthodontic records, treatment prescriptions, and internal communications
• High understanding of operating procedures
• Strong understanding of orthodontic clinical concepts and computer literacy
• French language skills at C1 level or higher (CEFR)
• Strong English skills
