Description du poste

We're looking for passionate individuals with customer care experience in the travel industry and fluent Mandarin language skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, this is your moment!

G2 Travel is a wholesale tour operator planning trips worldwide for nearly half a million travelers annually. We have offices across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Negotiating, contracting, and maintaining relationships with supplier partners.
  2. Obtaining and providing contact details before deadlines to ensure complete information for groups.
  3. Maintaining proactive contact with groups via phone, social media, and in-person to anticipate and resolve issues.
  4. Minimizing costs for the business and groups for any changes.
  5. Logging and communicating all actions taken regarding groups, including relevant cost information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service is essential.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Mandarin are essential; French and Japanese are a plus.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
