Customer Service Specialist - Native Korean

This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills and a solid background in customer service within the BPO sector.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of contact center experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Native Korean with excellent command of English (spoken and written), min. C1 Level
  • Proven ability to lead teams, monitor performance, and drive results
  • Strong understanding of customer service metrics and quality standards
  • Familiar with CRM and call center platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys)
  • Flexible, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
