Responsibilities :

  • Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.
  • Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.
  • Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels and / or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.

Requirements :

  • Total availability for shifts 24h 7 / 7
  • Based in France
  • C1 / C2 in French
  • Good Knowledge of English
  • Previous experience in operations and / or customer service will be a plus
  • Team spirit
  • Part-time of 30 hours
  • The role is fixed-term for 6 months
  • This role is shift-based and requires occasional night and weekend shifts
