Are you motivated to support patients and keep complex processes running smoothly?

We are looking for an Operations Specialist in Scheduling & Logistics to strengthen our customer's team in a highly dynamic and meaningful field.

Your role: In this position, you will be the central contact point for clinics, logistics partners, and production sites. You will coordinate schedules, resolve issues in real time, and ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Your main tasks:

  • Coordinate and manage schedules with clinics, treatment centers, and logistics partners
  • Ensure excellent communication and a positive customer experience
  • Enter and monitor schedule data in internal systems
  • Troubleshoot disruptions quickly and find practical solutions
  • Provide guidance and training to users on scheduling processes
  • Work in rotating shifts (07:30–16:30 or 09:00–18:00), including occasional weekends and holidays

Your profile:

  • Experience in customer service, call centers, patient support, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and find solutions
  • Flexible, reliable, and motivated to support critical operations
  • Fluent German is mandatory, with good English skills; other languages are a plus
  • High availability and willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts when needed
