We’re Hiring – Customer Service Roles in Healthcare (Relocation to Bali)

We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team and support a leading digital healthcare platform. If you have experience in customer service, medical administration, or billing, this is your opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing industry.

Open Positions

  1. Customer Service Representative – Digital Support

• Salary: 8 – 9 million IDR

• Location: Willing to relocate to Bali

• Work Schedule: Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays

• Handle patient inquiries via app, chat, and phone

• Provide technical support for users navigating the digital platform

• Coordinate with medical teams to ensure seamless service

• Manage appointment scheduling and resolve patient concerns

• Salary: 10 million IDR

• Location: Willing to relocate to Bali

• Work Schedule: Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays

• Assist with patient check-in and verification

• Manage appointment scheduling and update medical records

• Process billing transactions and coordinate with finance

• Provide information on services, pricing, and insurance claims

  1. Referral Team Nurses

• Salary: 14 – 15 million IDR

• Location: Willing to relocate to Bali

• Work Schedule: Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays

• Handle patient referrals to specialists or medical facilities

• Ensure accurate processing of digital medical records and required documents

• Coordinate with healthcare providers for consultation scheduling

• Guide patients through referral procedures and follow-ups

General Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (customer service, medical administration, or billing)
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2) with strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital healthcare systems, CRM, or EMR/EHR is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
  • Willing to relocate to Bali (relocation assistance available)
