About the Role

Are you fluent in French and English and looking to grow your career while living in Greece? We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to support French-speaking users.

This is a remote position open to candidates living anywhere in Greece. You will join a multicultural support team focused on ensuring a safe and positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional and empathetic support to French-speaking users

  • Investigate and resolve account-related and content moderation issues

  • Monitor user reports and uphold platform community guidelines

  • Identify trends and escalate complex cases when appropriate

  • Share user insights to support ongoing process improvements

Requirements
  • Fluency in French (C1/C2) and strong command of English (B2 or higher)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Empathy and a user-centric mindset

  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms (full training provided)
