Customer service in French via phone (inbound/outbound), email, or chat. Knowledge of English is sometimes required (depending on the workplace). Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Native/fluent in written and spoken French (B2H-C1). Strong English communication skills. Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable.
