1. Customer service in French via phone (inbound/outbound), email, or chat
2. Knowledge of English is sometimes required (depending on the workplace)
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
4. Native/fluent in written and spoken French (B2H-C1)
5. Strong English communication skills
6. Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
