• Provide customer service in French via phone (inbound/outbound), email, or chat
• Knowledge of English is sometimes required (depending on the workplace)
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support
• Native/fluent in written and spoken French (B2H-C1)
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
