About you

We are seeking a hardworking individual with the ability to work both in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment. You should have great attention to detail, preferably have experience in the service industry, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. A full-valid driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check, is required.

How will your days look?

Your role involves face-to-face and telephone customer interactions, including opening and closing rental agreements, calculating quotations for short- and long-term hires, and building rapport with customers. You will strive to deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, you will check vehicles before and after rentals and assist other departments within the branch as needed.

Working hours

This is a 40-hour per week contract, working Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
