• Providing customer service in French via phone (inbound/outbound), email, or chat
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support

Knowledge of English is sometimes required (depending on the workplace). Native/fluent in written and spoken French (B2H-C1). Strong English communication skills. Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable.
