Job Description:

G2 Travel is a wholesale tour operator organizing trips worldwide for nearly half a million travelers annually. We have offices across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, contract, and maintain relationships with supplier partners.
  • Obtain and supply contact details before deadlines to ensure complete information for groups.
  • Maintain proactive contact with groups to anticipate and resolve issues via phone, social media, and in person (where applicable).
  • Minimize costs for the business and groups related to changes.
  • Log and communicate all actions regarding groups, including relevant cost information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service preferred.
  • Languages: Korean native preferred, English full proficiency. Other languages such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech are desirable.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and on rotating shifts.
