As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs in order to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support. You will be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance the value of our services to ensure lasting, optimized relationships.

Requirements include:

1. Significant experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector.
2. Agile, resourceful, and independent spirit.
3. Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PPT/Google Sheets/Slides).
4. Fluency in English and French (mandatory).

Location: Full remote or based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

Contract: Permanent.
