As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support. You will be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance the value of our services to ensure lasting and optimized relationships.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least significant experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector
  • Agile, resourceful, and independent spirit
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides)
  • Fluency in both English and French
