Job Description:

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs in order to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support. You will be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support to existing clients and enhance the value of our services, ensuring a lasting and optimized relationship.

Requirements include:

  1. At least significant experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector.
  2. Agile, resourceful, and independent spirit.
  3. Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PPT, Google Sheets/Slides).
  4. Fluency in both English and French (mandatory).

Location: Full remote or based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

Contract: Permanent with a fixed package including 11 days off in addition to 25 paid holidays.
